Grace Living Center of Clinton is a Medicare/Medicaid skilled
nursing facility serving this community since 1967. With the nursing
station being the hub of the facility, this allows visibility to all rooms
from the centralized nurse's station. From the conception of this facility,
Grace Living Center has continued to be a leader in the health care field
of Western Oklahoma. Establishing a Medicare skilled unit in 1993 has
allowed us to provide short-term rehabilitation services, which includes:

Grace Living Center of Clinton is a unique facility and meeting

At Grace Living Center - Muskogee, we are an Eden home with birds,

is located near the VA Hospital as well as the local hospital. We have good

Grace Living Center - East Shawnee has a loving, caring staff who
strive to treat our residents with the utmost respect. We try to make our
home more home-like for our residents. We have an active volunteer program
with school children coming and reading to our residents plus area churches
coming in for Bible study and church services.
We have birds, fish and are looking for that "special"
puppy for our residents. Our social service director makes a special meal
every two months for the resident council meeting, with the residents
