What Is Skilled Care?
Generally speaking, skilled care is treatment performed by licensed nurses and therapists, such as complex wound dressing, intravenous injections, tube feedings and rehabilitation therapy. People whose state of health is rapidly changing may also require skilled nursing care.
Are Grace Living Center Homes Medicare Certified?
Yes! Each Grace Living Center is an independently licensed facility which is a Medicare-Certified Nursing and Rehabilitation Care Facility.
Will My Stay Be Covered By Medicare?
Medicare covers certain skilled care services that are needed daily on a short-term basis (up to 100 days) after a qualified hospital stay. Your doctor may order skilled care based on their evaluation.
